The seniors were narrowly beaten by Killeshil last week. Neither the seniors or reserves are in action this weekend. Well done to the U12s who played their last match of the season against Carrickmore at home on Monday. Both Eugene and Gerry wish to thank all of the boys in their efforts this year. Note there will be no U12 training this Saturday. U13 training takes place on Monday at 7pm. There is an U10 blitz hosted by St Enda’s at Healy Park on Saturday at 10am. Please note there will be no bus and parents are asked to drop their children off at Healy Park. Saturday morning youth training continues as usual at Clanabogan from 10.30am to 12 noon. Well done to the U10 players of the week Sean Diamond and Ronan Maguire. The U16s drew with Urney last week. Congratulations to Garbhan McKenna, this week’s £10 youth draw winner. The Great Todds Leap Solo Run is just over a week away. Members taking part will be out looking for sponsorship this weekend. Our youth players, from aged 10 upwards, have an opportunity to take part in The Great Solo Run on Saturday August 27. To enter your child, simply contact Anne Donaghey on 07725258935. Thanks to Brian Donnelly for his preparatory assistance last week. Anyone interested in starting a rounders team in the club should contact Terry Keyes on 07908473342. The Drumragh 10k run/5k fun run/walk takes place on Saturday September 24. You can now register online via www.niathletics.org or by downloading a form from the Drumragh website and posting it or by returning the form to any club office holder. A five-week pre-race training programme will continue on Tuesdays at Clanabogan at 6.45pm for runners of all levels led by fitness coach Ryan Cunningham. Best wishes to Ciaran Colton and Noreen who marry tomorrow (Friday). This week’s winning Club Drumragh lotto letters were K L M P R. There was no jackpot winner but the five £10 winners were Eugene McLaughlin, Clare McLaughlin, Danny Coll, Colm Broderick and Kevin Donnelly. Next week’s jackpot will be £2,750 and the draw will be held in The Weigh Inn.

LADIES NOTES
Senior training continues on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm in Clanabogan. The League semi-final is on Thursday August 25 away to Donaghmore. Throw-in at 7.15pm. The U16s are also out on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm in Clanabogan. £1 from each player per week for lotto. U16 League games are to be finalised at training. The U12s were runners up in the county blitz last Saturday. Thanks to all who helped with travel to the blitz. There is an U10 Go Games blitz this Saturday in Loughmacrory at 11.30am.
