The seniors had a brilliant win over Brackaville in the League last weekend. They must wait to see who wins the Championship to find out if they have reached the play-offs. Hard luck to the reserves who were beaten by Fintona in the Championship on Monday. Youth training continues at Clanabogan this Saturday from 10.30am to 12noon. The U10s are taking part in a tournament in Moy on Saturday. Bus will leave Clanabogan at 8.30am and lunch will be provided there. Well done to the U10 player of the week Eoin Montgomery. The U13s had a great win over Aghaloo in their opening League game last Saturday and play Gael Naomh Phadraig away on Monday at 6.30pm. Hard luck to the U16s who were beaten in the Championship last week. Congratulations to Rebecca McSorley, this week’s winner of the £10 youth draw. There will be an in-house rounders game tomorrow (Friday) at Clanabogan at 7pm. Anyone interested is invited to come along and play. The Drumragh 10k run/5k fun run/walk takes place on Saturday September 24. You can now register online via www.niathletics.org or 10krun.drumraghgfc.net. A five-week pre-race training programme will continue on Tuesdays at Clanabogan at 6.45pm for runners of all levels led by fitness coach Ryan Cunningham. Gaelic4Mothers training continues tonight (Thursday) from 8pm to 9pm. Thanks to everyone who cleaned the clubrooms, prepared and served food, lined out pitches, assisted with organisation at the Ulster Gaelic4Mothers blitz on Sunday. It was another great success for Drumragh and its members. Speedy recovery to Dympna Cleary who was injured on Sunday. There will be a Gaelic4Mothers quiz in the Clanabogan Country Club on Friday September 30. Well done to August’s Club Drumragh draw winners Mary Prunty (£200), Martin Colton (£100), Jackie McSorley (£100) and Gavin Quinn (£100). Sympathy is extended to the McElroy family on the death of Hugh. This week’s winning Club Drumragh lotto letters were H J L N O. There was three match 4 winners – John Wallace, Joe Moore and John McGale. Next week’s jackpot will be £2,900 and the draw will be held in McCann’s.
