Can everyone still involved in Last Man Standing get this week’s selection in to their promoter by tomorrow (Friday) evening. Well done to Tommy Mannion’s club Clonbur who won the Connacht JFC and might well come up against Paul Quinn and Sean Maguire’s Newcastle who play the Munster champions in the All-Ireland quarter-final. LADIES NOTES
The semi-final of Scor na nOg takes place tomorrow (Friday) night in Kildress at 7.30pm. Good luck to all our competitors and their mentors. There will be a CRY Screening clinic at the University of Ulster’s Jordanstown campus on Saturday November 26 and Sunday November 27. Please note there is no charge for people getting screened. If any further medical referral is needed, the cardiologist is on hand to offer expert advice.CRY encourages everyone to get screened particularly those involved in sport. They have requested that coaches and parents encourage young people that have not yet been screened to do so. To book a slot at the clinic, go to: www.c-r-y.org.uk/ecg.htm. Our ladies AGM is to be held on Wednesday November 30 at 8.30pm at the clubrooms. It is very important that all adult club members, players and mentors attend.
