Club notes – May 3

• Congratulations to the U15 girls who won the Feile last Thursday after a brilliant final win over Tattyreagh in Drumquin.

• Good luck to Eoin Montgomery and Tyrone U20s who play Kerry in the All-Ireland semi-final on Sunday in Portlaoise, Rihanna Mullin and Tyrone U14 girls who take on Laois in the All-Ireland semi-final on Saturday in Dublin, Niall McCarney and Tyrone minors in their Ulster Championship game away to Antrim on Saturday, Sean O’Doherty and Tyrone U16s in the Buncrana Cup against Donegal in Healy Park on Saturday and Lorcan McGrath and Tyrone U15s who play Donegal in the Brian McLarnon Cup on Saturday.

• The senior ladies were beaten by Moortown on Saturday and are away to Cappagh this Saturday at 7pm. Best of luck to the reserves who play Strabane at home on Friday in their opening league game. Please note that the senior fixture won’t be played on Friday.

• The minor ladies beat Naomh Eoghan last week and are at home to Dromore this evening (Tuesday) at 7.30pm. The U13 boys lost to Dromore last week and are away to Fintona on Thursday at 7.15pm. The U14 girls were beaten by Fintona on Sunday.

• Membership is now due and costs £30 for adults and £10 for youth. Registration forms are available on the club website (drumraghsarsfields.com). You can also register online at returntoplay.gaa.ie.

• Thank you to everyone who donated food items/vouchers, helped out and attended the Big Breakfast on Saturday morning.

• Gaelic For Mothers And Others training continues tonight (Thursday) at 8.15pm at Clanabogan. New and existing members very welcome. For more information, contact Joanne on 07761106781 or through the Facebook page.

• The club are once again taking part in the Tyrone ladies Laps For The Ladies fundraiser. Full details are on the club’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

• The Drumragh Golf Classic returns to Omagh Golf Club on Friday June 3 with lots of brilliant prizes on offer including four Powakaddy Electric Golf Trolleys for first place.
