Club notes – November 22

• The Golden Jubilee Gala on Saturday was a brilliant night that will live long in the memory of all those who attended. Thank you to everyone who was there, the host Thomas Niblock, the Glenavon House Hotel, Cookstown, and all the vendors who made the night possible. Special thanks goes to the organising committee of Shannon Starrs, Joe Mulrine, Rory Cox and Eoin McGread, who put in so much work throughout the year to ensure Saturday was the spectacular success that it was. Thank you. Presentations were made on the night to the Feile-winning U15 girls team, Neamh Cleary, Conor Gallagher, Fabian McGlone, Niall McCarney, Eoin Montgomery and Martin Taggart. Award winners were Oran Devlin, who won the inaugural Paddy Gallagher Memorial Trophy, and Eoin McGread and Patrick Griffin, who were awarded the Paddy Mullin Memorial Cup for Club Person Of The Year.

• All members are invited to attend our AGM on Tuesday December 6 2022 at 7.30pm. This is an opportunity for you to have a say on how your club is run and to get an update on everything that happened in 2022. All members, especially our players, parents, coaches and all volunteers, are asked to attend. As much help as possible is required to run the many aspects of a community GAA club, so please come along.

• A walk/run group have started meeting up on Sundays at 12pm at Clanabogan Park. Everyone welcome to come long. For more information, please contact Joe McLaughlin (07779 349289).

• Boxercise with Ann McBrien continues on Tuesday at the clubrooms at 7pm. Cost is £6 per class.
