The Great Solo Run time trials take place on Wednesday evenings from 8pm at Clanabogan. Anyone who is taking part should come along. There is a The Great Solo Run induction meeting tomorrow (Friday) night at the clubrooms at 8pm. All runners must attend this meeting as it is essential for operational, timing, health, safety and insurance purposes. The Drumragh 10k run/5k fun run/walk takes place on Saturday September 24. A five-week pre-race training programme will continue on Tuesdays at Clanabogan at 6.45pm for runners of all levels led by fitness coach Ryan Cunningham.
