A great pass from Benny Drumm found its way to Gareth Starrs and he kicked the ball over the bar. Gareth pointed again not long after when he was set up by Ronan McGale.
Paul Maguire made a brilliant save in the Drumragh goals and the home side then worked the ball up the field to Adrian Colton, who was fouled, with Gareth Starrs converting the free. Gareth added a point from distance as did Ryan McGuigan following good play from Sean Diamond and Adrian.
