Drumragh reserves beat Urney on Friday

Drumragh reserves secured their second win on the bounce against Urney at Clanabogan Park last Friday.

The teams shared the game’s first four points with Paddy Roche and Johnny Browne on target.

Paddy Roche then gave Drumragh control of the game with 1-2 unanswered.

James Broderick and Paddy Roche tagged on points for Drumragh, while Ryan McGuigan finished well for the second goal of the game.

Andy Colgan got in for a goal early in the second half, while Johnny Browne stretched Drumragh’s lead with a nice point.

Urney kicked four points in-a-row to come back into the game.

However, Drumragh responded well to this and were the dominant team from then on. Oran McElroy put the ball over the bar three times, Brendan Quinn pointed, while Oran also scored a goal. Michael Roche found the back of the net too to complete an impressive win for Drumragh.
