Goals in the final 10 minutes from Daniel O’Neill, Kevin Marron and Niall McCarney helped Drumragh senior men to a win over Clann na nGael last Friday.
Despite an early Shane Devine goal, and an excellent long-range point from Niall McCarney, Drumragh trailed at half-time after Clann na nGael hit six points in-a-row. Daniel O’Neill added the other point for Drumragh in the opening half.

Shane Devine and Niall McCarney were both on target with points in the early minutes of the second half, but the away side responded with two of their own. Eoin Montgomery and Niall McCarney then swapped points with the visitors midway through the half.
A Niall McCarney goal gave Drumragh the lead again, but Clann na nGael responded almost immediately with a goal to go back in front.
But Drumragh finished brilliantly to claim both points. Kevin Marron kicked a point and a goal in quick succession, with Niall McCarney and Daniel O’Neill also finding the back of the net as Drumragh made it four wins from four in the league.
