APRIL 13: Thank you to everyone who supported Drumragh Sarsfields’ annual Big Breakfast fundraiser in Clanabogan Park on Saturday, which also seen the launch of our Healthy Club Project. Hundreds within the local community turned out on Saturday morning to share a hearty breakfast and enjoy each other’s company. A special thanks to Lidl NI who generously donated to the event.
As a rural club, we understand how vital our facilities are, not just for members attending regularly but also for those within the wider community. We put great value on events like these which take place in addition to our competitions calendar; recognising that without the full support of all our families, as well as many, many others, our club couldn’t have grown to experience successes it has over the years.
The Healthy Club Team at Drumragh will now undertake an 18-month project to include a number of initiatives focused upon physical and psychological health, diversity, openness and inclusion as well as community development and promotion of overall wellbeing; building upon the vital good work already being done by so many within our club.
