Best of luck to our senior/reserve men and ladies teams who all begin their League seasons on Saturday. The reserves and seniors are away to Dregish at 3pm and 4.30pm and the ladies play Sigersons away at 6pm. Good luck to all involved. Youth training continues on Saturday morning at Clanabogan at 10.30am. Hard luck to the U16s who were beaten by Fintona in the League on Saturday. They play Gael Naomh Phadraig tomorrow (Friday) away at 6.45pm. Thanks to Bredagh for travelling down to Clanabogan for the annual U14 challenge game on Sunday. Bredagh would like to thank Drumragh for hosting the game. The U14 girls had a great win over Trillick on Monday while the minor ladies had a narrow loss at Aghyaran. Thanks to Mary Maguire for all her hard work over the last few weeks in collecting membership. Congratulations to Helen Quinn on being chosen to be part of the Olympic torch relay. Anyone still involved in Last Man Standing should get this week’s selection in with their promoter by tomorrow (Friday) evening. Another fine day on Sunday saw a good turnout of cyclists out who did a range of distances from 10 miles to 40 miles. There will be no cycling this Sunday or next Wednesday but we will resume Sunday April 22 at 10am at the pitch. The 40th anniversary commemorative booklet is now in its infancy stage. Please take time to pen an article, or locate a photo of significance to you for inclusion. Contributions and suggestions to Adrian O’Kane, Jim McGread, Dermot O’Kane or Patrick Griffin any time soon. Tickets for the gala are available from committee members. There are only 10 calendars left. Anyone who would like one should contact Jim McGread.
